The program in detail: 

One: BASIC TRUST YOUR GUT HEALTH PROTOCOL BASED ON YOUR LEVEL OF GUT COMPROMISE

FIT Test: A finger prick with 132 foods and additives IgG and IgA sensitivity evaluation to determine what foods to avoid during the III Phases of restoration. (The FIT Test is recommended but not necessary to experience healthy gut restoration.)  

-Your Gut barrier health is also verified in the FIT Test and is one of the baselines for future evaluation (see below).  

-The Basic program includes the required supplements essential until the completion of Phase III. This is a 75-day protocol with an additional 4-month wellness-maintenance supplement restoration protocol—the total time is approximately six months. 

Two: ADVANCED GUT HEALTH PROGRAM PROTOCOL BASED ON THE LEVEL OF COMPROMISE

A Functional Health Platform

In today’s fast-paced world, things like stress, too much sugar, a diet low in dietary fiber, excessive drinking, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) use, and food sensitivities all contribute to Leaky Gut; Leaky Gut Syndrome Causes incomplete digested nutrients, toxins, bacteria, and waste to “leak” through the intestines and floods the bloodstream. 

The foreign substances entering the blood can cause an autoimmune response in the body, including inflammatory and allergic reactions, such as respiratory and digestive issues, headaches, joint pain, skin conditions, and more.

So, the focus is on extinguishing what robs nutrient absorption first and begin to seal your gut lining before detoxing so your gut barrier is strong enough to withstand a detox so that you don’t recirculate those toxins into your bloodstream. This is where we make sure that we clear the invaders that were causing the fire and other underlying infections, toxins, especially environmental toxins, and bind them to be removed from the body while supporting your two stress hormones (cortisol and insulin) that are destroying your health.

Next, we rebuild the microbiome by restoring probiotics, balancing the stomach acidity (necessary for the adequate absorption of proteins, calcium, B vitamins, and iron), and supporting the IgG antibodies ( which help modulate a normal immune response).

It is necessary to eliminate what is causing the intestines to be compromised and seal off the area so toxins, viruses, bacteria, and other foreign invaders can be cleared and removed safely without recirculating into the bloodstream because of an unsealed gut. The same principle applies when rebuilding your intestines and adding good flora and nutrients to the body. If the intestinal permeability is still increased, keeping your flora, acid, and nutrients balanced is hard.

To successfully heal your microbiome, you must have the proper help through bioavailable and excellent digestible supplementation. We break this supplemental regimen into 3 phases.

HEAL & SEAL

In our initial phase of care (Heal & Seal), the microbiome needs the ideal protein for those challenged with LGS. We provide that with our Bone Broth Protein or No Grain plant-based protein for vegetarians.

We also use a combination of herbal formulas and amino acids as a fuel source and a precursor for the growth of the GI mucosal lining cells and assistance against gut pathogens like candida and parasitic infections.

This will help end the pathogen feeding frenzy that destroys the intestine lining of the digestive tract and promotes increased permeability.

CLEAR

Phase 2 of the Blueprint TYG Program is known as Clear: (detoxing and de-stressing). In this phase, we do just that, reduce stress, and eliminate toxins. Toxins can make their way into our bodies over time because of our lifestyle choices from our diet, the environment, and intestinal invaders like Candida. Candida can create up to 79 different toxins independently, so following Phase 1 with a proper detox and stress-neutralizing plan is vital. 

In Phase 2, we continue to provide supplemental resources in the form of a complete protein that can stabilize our blood-sugar levels and allow us to enter a deep cleansing and healing state. We also use an exceptional formulation of antioxidants, minerals, and nutrients designed to support a healthy response to environmental toxins, especially heavy-metal toxicity. 

These ingredients are used to support the metabolism in detoxifying heavy metals, insecticides, herbicides, pesticides, and hazardous household products that we are exposed to daily. We also provide a 100% herbal blend that kills anything related to viral or bacterial-causing microorganisms.

This formula also helps boost the immune system, regenerate, and heal cells. Since the gut lining has been damaged for quite some time and is now sealed, the blood must be cleansed.

Keep in mind, however, that healthy bacteria require a healthy intestinal lining, so treating a leaky gut and stabilizing your digestion is an ongoing process, alongside maintaining the right balance of gut bacteria. To accomplish this, you must repopulate the digestive system with the proper probiotics, balance the acidity, and boost the body's immunity.

We accomplish this by reintroducing the balance of a healthy digestive tract by addressing its acidifying factors by balancing hydrochloric acids, providing proteolytic enzymes, and increasing digestive enzymes naturally through herbal bitters.
