Aqua Mag-Cl™ is a liquid magnesium chloride supplement, supplying 200 mg of magnesium per teaspoon.
Product Warnings:
CAUTION: Use only as recommended. Magnesium chloride is generally well tolerated. Most side effects are due to toxicity (hypermagnesemia). Mild hypermagnesemia is generally well tolerated, but severe hypermagnesemia can affect the nervous and cardiovascular system.
Therefore, magnesium chloride may be contraindicated in patients with renal impairment or marked myocardial disease. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
Dosage:
One (1) teaspoon (5 ml) each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.

Water and potassium sorbate. This product is gluten and dairy free.

I just started using this product so I'm unsure at this point. I must say, it's hard for me to take. It seems kinda hot on my tongue and not pleasant at all, but if it does the job, than I can do it!
