Dosage:

Active Ingredients:
Proprietary Blend of Rhodiola Extract (Rhodiola rosea) (root), Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) (root), Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) (aerial part), Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus-castus) (berry).
Other Ingredients:
Capsule shell (gelatin and water). This product is gluten and dairy free.
