    Great daily knowledge and encouragement

    This book is wonderful little gem that provides both knowledge AND encouragement in just the right doseage! Focusing on just one tip per day is manageable and I feel "accomplished" each day as a result rather than defeated because its just too much information to take in. The addition of occassional scriptures is a delight and great reminder of truth and health and food the way our Creator intended. Added bonus is that it is not calendered book rather simply "Day 1, etc" format so it can be started/used any time. Highly recommend this book.
