Li-Zyme Forte™ supplies the trace mineral lithium as a whole food, phytochemically bound vegetable culture source. It may be used where a higher concentration of lithium is indicated. Typical dietary intakes of lithium range from 200 to 600 mcg per day, however certain population groups consume levels that are significantly higher. While not considered an essential trace mineral, animal studies have documented detrimental effects of lithium deficiency. Each tablet supplies 150mcg of plant sourced lithium.

Dosage:
One (1) to three (3) tablets each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
Active Ingredients:
Lithium (from vegetable culture†) † Specially grown, biologically active vegetable culture containing Phytochemically Bound Lithium™ and other phytochemicals including polyphenolic compounds with SOD and catalase, dehydrated at low temperature to preserve associated enzyme factors.
Other Ingredients:
Stearic acid (vegetable source), food glaze, modified cellulose gum, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and cellulose. This product is gluten, dairy and GMO free.

Love this product. I can take as much or less as I need it and I do not get any bad side effects. The medications I have gotten from a Dr. leaves me with anxiety and nervousness if I do not take a dosage in 24 hours. So thanks for making a product that is healthy for me.
